Helping Cultivate a Growing Team

Other than bug fixing for the alpha build, I have not been able to achieve much this week. Starting Thursday I started to move cross states over to Illinois where I will reside for a few weeks before I have to move again to the west coast. Something that I feel I did that was important this week outside of programming though was helping cultivate an environment where the team can efficiently and effectively handle problems and get to the resources they need. I worked with Dicky,  Anthony, and the rest of the team to get an understanding of how Anthony would play a role in devolpment going forward. I was able to organize a meeting with all of the team but one member to meet Anthony. Questions were asked on the development front as well as questions for the audio intern. Both parties learned a great deal about each others work while getting a better idea of how we are going to be working going forward. I started a google doc with audio requests for Anthony that the whole team can modify. Then, Anthony will notify us in the sound text channel in our teams discord server when a requested sound is done. I am hoping the effort made to streamline our development will pay off as we approach the end of the project.
